 1. How long does it take to complete a book?

The answer to this question varies tremendously, however, 6 – 12 months is a typical project timespan and is therefore a good guideline for most books.

 2. Do you print the book for me?

JMD Editorial and Writing Services is not a publisher, however, we do have close contacts with publishing houses for both self-publishing and traditional publishing, and we can help you to make contact with these companies and liaise with them on your behalf.

3. How much does it cost to have a ghost writer write my book?

JMD Editorial and Writing Services charge an hourly fee of £30 to employ the talent of our ghost writers. The time it takes to complete a book is dependent on the content, the required length of the book and how extensive the editorial changes are during the write and review process. Recent books have cost clients in the region of £1500 – £3000.

4. Who owns the rights to the book?

At the start of every ghost writing project, JMD Editorial and Writing Services will sign a contract which states that all rights to the material will remain with the employing client.
